NONEXSUCH – Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At NONEXSUCH, every garment is created with deliberate care, precision, and intention. To preserve the integrity of our collections and ensure an uncompromised experience for all clients, we observe the following standards regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
1. Return Eligibility

Garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Protective seals, hygiene closures, and garment tags must remain unbroken. Once opened or removed, the piece is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Requests for return must be made by 5 days of delivery.

Bespoke items, limited-edition releases, final sale pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
2. Exchanges

Exchanges are granted subject to availability and the same eligibility criteria as returns.

For efficiency, clients may choose to place a new order for the desired size or style, while separately initiating a return for the original item.

Pieces with broken seals cannot be exchanged.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please allow [3-5 business days] for processing and reflection by your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Order Cancellations

An order may be cancelled only by next day of purchase, prior to processing.

Once preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
5. Return Process

Upon approval, detailed instructions will be provided.

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Garments

In the rare event a piece arrives damaged or flawed, we ask that you notify us immediately. NONEXSUCH will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
7. International Clients

Clients placing international orders are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. To prevent delays, please ensure all return documentation is completed accurately.
